With all the different Smoke School providers available it makes you wonder, what’s the difference between Opaque Smoke School and the other guy? A certification is a certification right? At Opaque Smoke School we like to think differently. We want the experience to be as comfortable and smooth as possible while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. Why do we stand out over the other guy? A few things to think about are the things expected of you, what does your current provider require you to bring to smoke school? At an Opaque Smoke School event we only ask that you bring yourself. Here is a list of what we will provide you!

3. Rubber Bands
4. Plastic Bag (protection from rain for answer sheet)
5. Ponchos in case of rain
6. A multitude of Beverages and Snacks ( I mean a lot of options!)

In addition to the standard amount of items we provide we also have T-shirts for those lucky few who pass the field portion on the first run.

These things listed above are just items though. What about our professionalism? What makes Opaque Smoke School standout?

Let’s start with the Owner William Stevenson. William is an Chemical/Environmental Engineer who worked for the State of Kansas for nearly 9 years as an Environmental/Project Engineer. His involvement and relationship with clients goes beyond just Smoke School. His education and experience in the industry is what makes us able to provide an excellent smoke school program, in addition he designed and helped implement a very robust and informative lecture for those who are attending smoke school their first time.

Then there is our Director of Operations, Anthony Ferro. Anthony has been with Opaque Smoke School since its inception in the Fall of 2004. Anthony has a degree in Electronics. In addition to his background and training in the electronics field, Anthony also attended college for Network Administration and has 7 years management experience. After attending training by Yakima Clean Air Authority in 2005, Anthony has overseen all Field Operations since to make sure Opaque Smoke School delivers what we promised, A smooth and professional smoke school experience.

There are a million things we could say on here but we all know talk is cheap. It's the end product that is delivered that matters most.
